For many years, the school has upheld the educational philosophy of "All are Educable, All can Succeed" and constructed a "holistic education" framework. We provide diverse curriculum and extra-curricular activities to create an Active learning environment for students, enriching their learning experiences. Let every student to grasp practical knowledge and skills, and enable them to become talents in society through quality and appropriate education.

 

"All are Educable" means developing student’s talents and demonstrate their potential abilities in order to achieve success. We should not select the best to teach but to teach and achieve the best!

 

ACTIVE Education is led and implemented through "authentic leadership." Authentic leadership is based on personal value systems and beliefs, leading from the heart, establishing mutual trust and respect with team members. We build "teaching partnership" among teachers, to achieve the school's vision and mission and construct an authentic school. By providing quality education for every student, to reach the goal of "All are Educable, All can succeed". The target of school education is "people," and learning and teaching is also implemented through "people." Therefore, the systems of educational organization should be "people-oriented," implementing the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency, respecting the rights of teachers, students, and other stakeholders in the school, establishing a campus of mutual trust and care, ultimately achieving a "successful school."
