I. The "Whole school participation" model refers to the alignment of school policies, culture, and practices to foster an inclusive environment where all students engage in service activities.

2. Features of the "Whole school participation" model
Shared Responsibility: All staff members recognize their responsibility to create an inclusive environment that addresses the needs of all students.
Curriculum Adaptation: The school can revise or broaden the formal curriculum to meet diverse needs.
Instructional Adaptation: Employ a variety of teaching techniques and support tools to cater to different learning styles.
Peer Support: Strategically organize learning groups, peer mentoring, and social circles to enhance support among students.
Teacher Collaboration: Encourage collaboration and mutual support among teachers, such as through co-teaching practices.
Classroom Management: Dedicated personnel and teachers consult to improve the learning environment, implementing collaborative teaching to benefit the entire class.
Assessment Adaptation: Adjust assessment methods to ensure all students can demonstrate their learning outcomes effectively.

 

3. Utilizing the Three-Tiered Support Model, support and adjustments are made based on the diverse needs and progress of students.
First Tier: Optimizing Instruction
